Emma Cortez, Paralegal Manager (Bilingual – Spanish)
Emma was born in Kennewick and raised in Pasco Washington. She graduated from Pasco High School in 2013, and was on the girl’s varsity soccer team, was Vice President of the Pasco High School DECA, and was a part of the Encore Choir. Emma is a paralegal manager and oversees the paralegals in the office. She is currently attending Columbia Basin College working towards her general AA.
Emma enjoys crafting, spending time with family and friends, and cooking.
Mark Von Webber, Paralegal
Mark was born into a military family and joined himself serving in submarines.
Eventually, he would complete a program in paralegal studies at Edmunds Community College and return to the Tri-Cities. Mark enjoys reading sci-fi, watching who-done-its, and volunteering in veteran events.
Gabriel Orozco-Diaz, Legal Assistant (Bi-lingual in English and Spanish)
Gabriel was born and raised in Prosser Washington. He graduated from Prosser High School in 2017, and was class ASB, President of WSU GEAR UP, and a PEER MENTOR/ office aid for WSU Tri-Cities. Gabriel is currently attending Columbia Basin College working towards his AAS in criminal justice.
Gabriel enjoys watching sci-fi movies/ shows, cooking, skateboarding, and traveling to scenic views.
