Dlovan has graduated from Law School in Bonn, Germany, before coming to the US.
While she could not use her degree here, she wanted to stay in the legal field and obtained a paralegal certificate from Highline College in Des Moines, WA.
Ultimately, she became a Zag and graduated from Gonzaga Law in December 2019. During her time there she was a member of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law. She clerked for Judge Moreno in the Spokane County Superior Court and subsequently worked for the Spokane County Prosecutor.
Dlovan is a member of the Washington State Bar and their International Law Section, as well as the German American Law Association. She is also admitted to practice in Federal Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington.
When Dlovan is not working she likes to explore the outdoors or brushing up on one of the six languages she fluently speaks.
